Create Jira App to have an MultiExcerpt Include from Confluence display in a Jira issue

Description

As a user:
I would like to have a MultiExcerpt in Confluence.
Then be able to Include that MultiExcerpt into a Jira Issue.

Use case:
Have documentation that outlines the scope of a project in a MultiExcerpt.
Be able to use a MultiExcerpt Include on the Jira issue so that in an Agile environment when any update to the scope is made it automatically updates the Jira display. The current workaround is to copy the scope into the task area, but when changes are made in the original documentation changes are not reflect & are missing in the issue.

The below screenshot is the most likely area where the information would be displayed. It would not be displayed in the description as Apps can't use that field.

Some use situations could be found where Multiple Includes could be useful per issue, but if only one Include per issue could be done then that would be sufficient. Perhaps adding more includes would be available in a later version of the App.
