MultiExcerpt Macro disallowed to impersonate the user because 'no valid active user exists'

Description

  • create a page in Confluence and use the MultiExcerpt Include macro

  • Access the Confluence page from your Jira Service Desk

    • As an anoymous user or as a service desk agent user the page renders fine

    • As a customer user who is NOT in your basic profile in JSD the page renders an error for the MultiExcerpt macro:

The issue is for all Includes, MultiExcerpt Include, Fast inline, & Fast Block. Jira users & anonymous users all see the page just fine. Portal users cannot see the include.

WORKAROUND:
Portal users who do not have basic JSD user profiles can access the site in incognito mode (if the page is available to anonymous users)
