inline fast excerpt and include macros are a different font and font size than other page text

Description

This styling issue is due to limitations of Atlassian: they do not provide an API for getting a proper CSS reset for dynamic content macros. There is no way for macros to correctly specify the styles for old vs new (fabric) pages.

We are in contact with Atlassian support and their developer community to request action from Atlassian.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create an inline fast excerpt

  2. Add some copy in the inline fast excerpt box

  3. Create an inline fast include referencing the inline fast excerpt name used in step one

  4. Add some text to either side of the include (this is so you're able to see the difference between the ME and page font)

This happens in both the v1 (legacy) and v2 (fabric) editors.
